Shipping & Delivery
What is your policy on shipping?
We offer free standard shipping on orders over $500, otherwise standard shipping rates apply. All items are shipped via UPS.
Are you able to deliver an item to my home or office?
We are happy to hand-deliver or pick up items within a 5 mile radius of the stores for orders over $500 (delivery will be within a 24-hour timeframe from placement of order). Select hand delivery at checkout.
Am I able to pick up my online purchase in one of your stores?
Yes, we offer the option to buy online and pick up in store on all orders at no additional cost to you. Pick up hours are the same as store hours. Select pick up in store at checkout.
Returns
What is your return policy?
All unworn Collection & Artelier styles in salable condition, with hang tags attached, can be exchanged or returned with original receipt within 7 days will be issued a store credit valid for up to 1 year. Final Sale items include bridal, accessories and sale merchandise.Any items marked 'Final Sale' at the time of purchase are not eligible for return, exchange or store credit for any reason. No price adjustments on previously placed orders.
What is your bridal return policy?
All Nicole Miller Philadelphia bridal gowns are final sale. No exceptions.
What if I lost my receipt?
We are able to look up your sales receipt in our system.
If I make a purchase on nicolemillerphiladelphia.com, am I able to return it to your stores?
While Nicole Miller Boutiques are unable to process web returns, our Stylists are more than happy to assist you with sending your order back! For a return authorization and a prepaid UPS label, please contact info@nicolemillerphiladelphia.com with your order number and reason for return.

Bridal Referral Program
How does the bridal referral program work?
Refer a friend and receive a $50 gift card when she purchases a wedding dress and mentions your name. Gift cards are non-transferable, and valid only at Nicole Miller Philadelphia stores, and nicolemillerphiladelphia.com. Cannot be combined with any other offer or used on sale items. Valid thru 12/31/18.
Gifts & Gift Cards
What if I purchase a gift for someone else?
You can purchase a gift and be given a gift receipt at the time of purchase. We will also have the gift receipt in our records.
What if I want my gift to be wrapped?
We offer complimentary gift wrap on all items purchased at Nicole Miller Philadelphia.
I received a gift card at an event. What do I do?
Gift cards are redeemable within 1 year of purchase date unless specified on printed or digital Nicole Miller Philadelphia materials. Please visit the Nicole Miller Philadelphia boutiques to redeem your gift card. Nicole Miller Philadelphia gift cards are not redeemable on nicolemiller.com or in any other Nicole Miller boutique or pop up shop in the country, including department stores.

How should I care for my purchase?
All Nicole Miller products include specific care instructions sewn into the garment on the care label.
How should I care for Techno Metal or Cotton Metal?
Nicole Miller's signature techno and cotton metal is a fabric that is woven with metallic fibers to give it a matte lustre. This unique fabric composition allows the fabric to hold its shape. Because of the unique composition, techno and cotton metal must not be dry cleaned and must be spot cleaned only.
